All jewelry is made to order in Ukraine.
Please, allow 4 weeks for crafting, in-stock items will be dispatched in 3-5 business days.

You can make a payment on this website. We accept Visa and Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club. We are not responsible for bank commission.  If you have any questions, please, contact us on support@earsandfingers.com

 

SHIPPING

Domestic shipping within Ukraine 
Standard delivery. We carry out shipments with delivery company "Nova Poshta". Orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days after dispatch. Delivery within Ukraine is FREE. 

Rest of the world
Standard delivery. Orders will be shipped by Ukrainian Post.
Delivery time takes from 15 business days after dispatch. Shipping costs a fixed rate of 9$.

We are not responsible for any delivery delays.

We do not ship to Russia and Belarus.

 

TAXES AND DUTIES

Please note the prices do not include international taxes and customs fees, your delivery might be subject to additional costs depending on the destination country's legislation.

 

RETURN AND EXCHANGE

All jewelry are made to order. Please, check that you correctly sized your finger and chose correct Ring Size and other characteristics before placing the order.

If you unhappy with your purchase, products of appropriate quality are subject to Exchange and Return within the first 14 days from the moment the customer receives the product, under conditions of no signs of jewelry use, mechanical and other damages, complete with packaging.

After receiving the order back, we check the condition and quality of the jewelry within 5 business days. If the appearance of the product and its characteristics are unchanged, and there is no damage, we will Refund the payment within 30 days or exchange the jewelry on other one.

Shipping fees are a customer expenses.

We are not responsible for damages during return or lost packages.

In case of Exchange, please, allow 4 weeks for crafting new item, in-stock items will be dispatched in 3-5 business days.

Jewelry with Sale prices and Gift Cards are not subjects of return, purchase is final.

We don't accept return of any discount purchases. All discount purchases are final. 

WARRANTY POLICY AND SERVICES

We provide 6-month Warranty Policy in case of production defects. Natural wear and tear, oxidizing and tarnishing, mechanical and chemical damage, gold-plating are not cases for Warranty Policy.

We provide Repair and Replating services. Costs and service fulfilment depend individually on jewelry and type of work.

JEWELRY CARE

To save beauty of jewelry, prevent damages and tarnish we recommend to follow 
next care rules: 

- keep and save jewelry in logo pouch
- clean jewelry with polishing cloth 
 (don't rub gold-plated piece with polishing cloth)
- remove jewelry before hands washing, 
taking shower, swimming (sea, ocean, pool, etc.)
- avoid contact with any harsh chemicals
- avoid contact with cream, 
perfume and other cosmetics
Items require careful maintenance and delicate treatment.

Pay attention, metal can react with skin and body, according to individual reaction.

 

RING SIZING

Please, check that you correctly sized your finger and chose correct Ring Size. If you are not sure with size, we recommend to make a measurement in jewelry store with finger sizer.

In case of exchange, please, allow 4 weeks for crafting new item.
